Gephyromantis cornucopia es un specie de ranas (en) del familia Mantellidae (en). Es endemic a Madagascar.
Discoperta[modificar | modificar fonte]
Le specie es identificate in 2023 con Gephyromantis mitsinjo, G. kremenae, G. sergei, G. mafifeo e G. feomborona (6 nove species).
Holotypo: ZSM 183/2005, Andohahela National Park (24.5440° S, 46.7141° E, 1548 m), region Anosy, sud-est de Madagascar.[1]
Etymologia[modificar | modificar fonte]
Le specie es nominate in referentia al cornucopia (corno de abundantia) del mythologia grec per allusion al abundantia del biodiversitate.[2]
