Cyrtodactylus tayhoaensis es un specie de gekko vivente in Việt Nam.
Le specie es identificate in 2019 in un rivo roccose, presso Lac Dao villaje, Sơn Thành Tây, Tây Hòa districto, Phú Yên provincia, Việt Nam (12°53′50.0′′ N, 109°1′28.0′′ E, a 130 m de altitude).[1]
Phylogenia

Etymologia
