8. Function Details : for each page, it checks if there are any interwiki links on the page that aren't provided by Wikidata yet (on the corresponding item) and, if not, it removes all of them. Currently, ia.wiki doesn't "support" Phase I of Wikidata, so I'll run it only when this is done.
