Orthohantavirus es un genere de virus del familia Hantaviridae.
Le Orthohantavirus son responsabile de duo typos de syndrome in human:
- le hemorragic febre con renal syndrome (en) (HFRS) in le Ancian Mundo;
- le Hantavirus pulmonari syndrome (en) (HPS) in le Nove Mundo.[1]
