Netrina 1
Netrina-1 es un proteina incodate in humanes per le gen NTN1 sul chromosoma 17.[1][2]
Netrina es parte de un familia de laminina-relative proteinas secretate. Se pensa que netrina-1 es implicate in axon guidantia (principalemente de axones commissural in le tubo neural) e cellular migration durante embryogenese. Mutationes e perta de expression del gene suggere un implication in cancerogenese.[2]
Pathologia
[modificar | modificar fonte]Un mutation del gene NTN1 serea responsabile del disordine congenital de movimentos speculee (en).[3]
Le rata urinari de netrina serea un marcator precoce del insufficientia renal acute.[4]
Durante un hepatite acute, netrina serea superexprimite et sustenerea le inflammation[5].
Scopo therapeutic
[modificar | modificar fonte]Le anticorpore NP137 de Netris Pharma bloca netrina-1 e inhibi in consequentia le epithelial ad mesenchymal transition implicate in tumor initiation, progression, metastases e resistentia al tractamentos.[6][7][8]
