I know what the language of this wiki is. Based on the language I'm sure that you know at least one other language. Based on your IP-address I would say German and also at least a basic knowledge in English. Can you explain what you are having a problem with? Don't you understand interlingua? You have been told, that it is impossible to create pages in a wiki run by MediaWiki without content. I'm talking about pages that you created from your previous IP-address. A page like 1942-05 don't contain any information. It's just a place holder for a month. Why don't you add useful information to the pages when they are created? -- Tegel (discussion) 23:32, 21 februario 2017 (UTC)

The page 1942-05 does contain information and has just been updated by ListeriaBot. It will in future be modified by Special:Contributiones/ListeriaBot based on changes in Wikidata, a project run by the Wikimedia Foundation. The page is not just a placeholder for a month, but contains specific instructions for the bot.
