Tigranes II, plus communmente cognoscite como Tigranes Magne (in armenio: Տիգրան Մեծ, pronunciate Tigran Mets in armenio oriental e Dikran Medz in armenio occidental; in greco antique: Τιγράνης ὁ Μέγας Tigránes ho Mégas; in latino: Tigranes Magnus)[1] (140 – 55 aEC) era un rege de Armenia antique, in cuje regno le pais deveniva, durante un tempore breve, le stato le plus forte al frontiera oriental del Imperio Roman.[2]
