Syndrome de mortalitate del ostrea del Pacifico
Le syndrome de mortalitate del ostrea del Pacifico (in anglese POMS for Pacific Oyster Mortality Syndrome) es un maladia multifactorial affectante le superviventia de juvene ostreas de elevamento Crassostreae gigas. Responsabile de epidemias particularmente severe depois 2008, le maladia es devenite panzootic e representa un menacia pro le sector economic de ostrea.
Etiologia
[modificar | modificar fonte]Le etiologia es multipathogene. Le maladia es causate primarimente per un infection viral. Le agente pathogene es le cippo (en) Ostreid herpesvirus type 1 microvariant (OsHV-1 µvar)[1] del specie Ostreavirus ostreidmalaco1[2].
Iste infection viral conduce a un stato inmunocompromittite (con alteration physiologic de hemocytos) e a un dysbiose del microbiota permittente un secundari colonisation per opportuniste bacterios pathogene. Iste secundari infection es mortal pro multe juvene ostreas. Generes bacterial implicate (le "pathobiota") son Arcobacter, Marinobacterium, Marinomonas, Vibrio e Pseudoalteromonas.[1]
Le etiologia es alsi multifactorial. In particular, calefaction de aqua e juventute del ostrea son factores aggravante.
Adaptation
[modificar | modificar fonte]Ostreas tenta adaptar se al menacia. Le mechanismo observate se basa plus sul epigenetica (le expression del genes) que sul genoma ipse.[3]
