Lawsonibacter asaccharolyticus es un specie de bacterios grampositive, stricte anaerobie, non sporigen, de forma de baston recte, del familia Oscillospiraceae (cippa designate 3BBH22). Admitte acetato e butyrato como metabolic productos final.[1]
Iste bacterio es characteristic del microbioma intestinal del personas qui bibe caffe. Su presentia es associate con altere species de bacterios favorabile al sanitate.[2][3]
Etymologia
[modificar | modificar fonte]Le qualificativo asaccharolyticus, del greco a- 'non', sákkhar n. m. 'sucro' e lytikos adj. 'solubile', significa que le bacterio non pote digerer le saccharosa.
