Israel Iosifovich Tsvaygenbaum (Исраил Иосифович Цвайгенбаум, nascut le 1 de februario 1961), es un artista russo e american de descente judaica. Un numero de su obras es in le Museo-Reserva Historico, Architectonic e Artistic de Derbent.
