Filoviridae es un familia de virus del ordine Mononegavirales. Membros de iste familia son solitemente appellate "filovirus".

Alcun species de Filovirus, principalmente in generes Orthoebolavirus e Orthomarburgvirus, causa sever febre hemorrhagic in humanes e altere primates.

Le prime filoviruses serea apparite in pisces ante lor diversification in mammiferos.[1]
