Description
Deutsch: Aufnahme von der Sonnenfinsternis vom 29. Mai 1919, aufgenommen vo Sir Arthur Eddington von der Insel Principe aus vor der Westküste Afrikas. Mit der Vermessung der Positionen in der Umgebung der Sonne konnte Eddington die durch die Allgemeine Relativiätätstheorie von Einstein vorausgesagte gravitative Ablenkung des Lichts bestätigen.
